Yannik holds experience in real estate syndication and asset management. He began managing commercial real estate by trade as an Asset Manager for both retail and institutionally-capitalized real estate private equity firms with over $2B+ in AUM.
Prior to real estate, Yannik played in the National Football League (NFL) and retired in 2017. Yannik currently oversees the asset management and private equity capital. Yannik holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park (14').

Sam began purchasing and operating income properties in 2011. Today, Sam manages a $4m+ portfolio in Northeast Baltimore, primarily acquired with equity raised from private investors. Prior to real estate, Sam spent several years in the tech industry working as a software engineer and consultant for small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. In 2012, he co-founded GT Web Systems, a tech consulting firm which developed and licensed a proprietary solution for distributing digital content. Sam negotiated the licensing of that technology to a Fortune 100 company in 2015. Sam holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Morgan State University.
